Long Course 2008 Registration Information

All returning swimmers please print out and complete all forms.  All completed forms should be mailed to Rams Swimming Club, C/O Matt Emmert, 32 Briarwood Ave. Middletown, RI 02842.  All deposits should be mailed to Cindy Mace, 44 Steeple Bush Drive, Wakefield, RI 02879.  Please have all completed forms & deposits in by April 13, 2008!

New Swimmers can print out all forms and bring them with you to the tryouts.  Please e-mail Matt at swimrams@cox.net, with your New Swimmer application prior to the tryouts.
